What is Going On, Around Here at Apsense:

Not really sure if its me or has anyone else here at Apsense, felt the same things that l have been feeling. What l mean is, has the activity here slowed down, what l do see is the same few Apsense members replying to comments posted, writing blogs, articles or what ever you wish to call them. Advertising a link to promote an affiliated site, to me is not writing an article.

This is a fantastic site, that has all the potential to becoming a very good site, with all the tools you need to promote what ever it is you are involved with. I hate to see Apsense all of a sudden become a Social Network where members only care about them selves. Perhaps not a fair statement at the moment, but it has the possibilities of happening. With all due respect, l do belong to many other Social Networks, and have witnessed it happening. I have to found a way to kill my time during the day, so l love helping and watching people become successful.

I am writing this blog because l see a trend happening here, and quit frankly it bothers me. This is based on what l have been watching for the last couple of weeks. The material that has been written on here as of lately, lacks support from the members to at least spend a few minutes, read it, and leave a comment. Think about a better way to promote yourself, leaving a comment on some ones article, is leaving a link directly to you and what you are promoting. It is so effortless, that most of us, have no clue how to promote or advertise. The cost is only your time and effort, but most of us, fail to realize this great and fantastic potential of self promotion. This is all free here at Apsense, take advantage of what is in front of you. Stop looking at the next biggest, mind blowing, money making, out of this world concept, you will not fail bull shit scheme on the net.

If you really want to become the very best you can be, then invest the time in yourself, learn the Art of Self Promoting, one step at a time. There is nothing in this world that is over night success. Sorry their actually is, winning a lottery. If you read my blog on what Effect Has Crude Oil Had on You, you would see in the comments, how l turn a negative situation into a positive money making opportunity, life is filled with Windows of Opportunity. Hell not any smarter then any of you here, actually l just see things differently and always see the positive in everything, that is the difference.

Windows of Opportunity, l just spoke about is what you have here at Apsense, l do not care how long you search, look, tried it, joined it, will you found a Social Business Site, better then what you have all the control over. What l mean by control, you have the ability to set up your "Business Center", its no different then a mini web site all for free, if l have to tell you that you have here then you really should not be here at all. I have one suggestion for you, keep looking, l will bet all l have you will never found what your looking for.......Holding a second, didn’t some one write a song about what l just said...............see there is windows of opportunities where every you go now just take off them race horse blinkers and start looking around and seeing what is out.

One of the best quotes l every heard, from one of the owners l worked for, was hey your over 21 its your life...........Think about this, what he was telling me your in control of your life.............and good luck...........

We need all of your support to make this dream come alive, do what you have to do, and start having the ability of understanding how to promote the most important product you have, YOUR ABILITY........................good luck, all the success and may all your dreams come true.....

The Poem That Made a Difference in My Life:

When l was around 14 or 15 years old l came across this wonderful poem, not sure who wrote it, but who ever wrote it made an impact in my life. There was this ball player who played for the Montreal Expose back in the 80’s, his name was Gary Carter he introduce his team to this poem he was also know as "the kid’, back then for his age. He read the poem in the dress room to all his team mates. They all looked at him and someone said can you read that again. The poem became part of the team concept that year. All his team mates started to understand and start believing the power and the effect, this poem had in their attitudes, towards becoming a team and achieve what they believed could be achieved.

That year the team had the most success in it’s short history, becoming the first team to make the playoffs outside of the United States, only Canadian team at the time in the Major Leagues Baseball. They finally lost a very tough battle to a good team from Los Angeles on a home run hit by Rick Monday, on what else on a Monday. I was at that game. The memories emotions and feelings l still have is like it was yesterday. The year was 1981, easy for me to remember the same year l we got married.

Last night l took the same poem, wrote it out and decide to send it to my son’s Double AA, hockey team. I decide to sent it to "All The Players on The Team", and told them what effect it had on me when l was just around their age and how to this day it has had an impact on my life.

I Remember growing up and always reading this poem, where ever l was, l would always read it to myself then re read it with my inner mind and eyes before l got on the ice to play my game.

I told each and every player that some will understand what these words mean, some may understand it later in life and for some it was just a waste of time and a bunch a words that made up a story and nothing else. It was all their for the taking, l got some replies today from the parents today all pretty shocked and surprised. See our team has been in a funk and has become a team with no directions and totally lost with them selves. Finger pointing from players, parents and you get the picture, rather sad all l have to say.

The playoffs start This Thursday night, win lose l really don’t care what l hope they do learn is that if they believe in their ability not only in sports but over all then they will achieve what they set out to achieve. This poem is about what you can or can not have all it asks you to do is believe in your ability.

Like l said not sure who wrote it but l did make an impact on my life glad l founded it at an early age.....Hope you too see the power and impact that could effect you're life also....

In todays world reading has seem to be a lost art, very few people actually pick up a book from the library or spend any money at many wonderful book stores that are out there. We have all gone high tech downloading e-books, buying MP3 books that you just insert and listen to them as you drive or relax at home.

I came from a reading family l always recall my mom or dad reading some sort of book and we as kids picked up that habit and l am so glad l did. Just the other night l was so happy to see my kids as they lay in bed with a book in there hands reading. This made me so proud, to actually see a real book with a real cover on it and them reading.

My son has started to really enjoy reading the Stephen King collection, he has knocked 4 of them so far, so l asked him why he decide to read his books, he looked at me and said for the same reasons you also had...............l looked at him and said, ok explain to me..........looked at me again and said hard to put the book away even when l am so tired.......how true is that statement.......

When was the last time you actually went to the library?

Hello,

How do You Create Good Material for Your Blogs?

This is a subject that drives many good and professional writes up a wall, where do l find new material that is different and my readers will enjoy what l write about. We have all looked at our screens and been lost for words, nothing that you write impresses you at all, we all have days like that. Your full of energy, but the mind is not providing any new material what so ever.
Where l get most of my material from or ideas is watching my kids at practice, whether its soccer, hockey or in the gym. Kids are so creative and full of ideas, if you ever actually watch and listen to them you will have more writing material then you can handle. We all fail to realize that kids have no boundaries; they still have the ability to dream about someone or something special in life. When they are with a group of our kids, just listen too them, you will be very surprise at the amount of knowledge that our children really have.

When l am watching them l always walk away shocked and surprised about something that l heard or seen and never even though about what l just had witness. The ability that some kids have is honestly remarkable for such a young age, how they handle them self’s and the replies you get from them can be very interesting if you only listen to what they are saying. I spend a lot time with my son in my vehicle, coming home from a game or practice just him and me for approximately an hour if it's a game. The time we leave that town until we get home is time l would never trade with anyone in life or be able to put a price tag on this quality time l had to spend with my son or daughter.

The trip always starts the same way, we are both quite and l normally wait for him to say something 5 minutes into our trip home l hear "You know Dad"...........bingo the lesson has began, he starts to talk about what ever, the game he played, this and that school and so on......Wow l say to myself and l always answer his question with a question to keep the flow of the conversation alive. Where l got the idea for the Group....."Becoming the Best You can Be",
When was the last time you really paid close attention to what your children are interested or talking about? The funny thing is before you know it they are gone to College or where ever. I always tell my son life is filled with windows of opportunities. Then he always replies with the example of when he was playing “House League” got called up to the Rep Team, because the other goalie got hurt played so well that he got to stay with the Rep Team and this year playing at a higher level then last year. He seen the window open and decide to take advantage of the opportunity again all because l planted a though in his mind. That you can have anything you want in life if you have the desire to learn and become the best you can be, its hard work why it is so rewarding to accomplish your goals in life.

So this is how l get my material for my blogs and articles that l write, try and see what your children can teach you l think you will be very shocked and very impressed at the same time..

This is A short story that l really enjoy reading l wanted to share IT with all who read it and "BENEFITS" the full meaning of this story. l hope you enjoy it and it "HAS" made a difference in your day..

Two Roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry l could not travel both
And be one traveler, long l stood
And looked down one as far as l could
